Well we are getting ready for the next AMA Sidecar National in New Mexico. I hope the track is improved over last year. There has been much chest pounding by Dave B the man in charge last year. He likes to tell everyone what a great job he does, well if last year is any indication this might suck just as bad!
Dave is running for office with AHRMA but has not put out any REAL information on what changes are needed with AHRMA. Basically by his standards everything sucks and they need him to make the world right.
Let me be very clear Dave is a nice guy but a goof and AHRMA is in good hands and doing well. I’ll be voting for the current people in place they make changes as needed and have managed the organization in a professional manner.
Vintage racing is just that, vintage Dave and people like him want to drag into AHRMA modern racers, kids and other goofy stuff. They view the world in terms of profit and an ever-expanding organization. Vintage is and will remain my escape from the crazy world of modern racers their kids and all the trouble that comes with them. No thanks Dave the current folks in charge know how to maintain an organization and are dedicated to preserving the past not falling head first into what most are leaving behind
